These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement governing the use of the Onexbrt platform (onexbrt.net). This agreement is effective between Onexbrt and every registered or unregistered user. By browsing the Onexbrt website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Onexbrt's Terms & Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all members. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Onexbrt.

In these Terms & Conditions, "Onexbrt", "we", and "us" refer to the Onexbrt platform, while "member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual using Onexbrt's services.

To open an account with Onexbrt, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• Registrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be opened on behalf of another person.
• Accounts may not be used for any commercial purpose.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Onexbrt will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify us at support@onexbrt.net. Onexbrt will not be held liable for any loss resulting from negligence in securing your account.

Onexbrt follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, identity verification may be required from members under certain circumstances. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the KYC process is completed.

Documents That May Be Requested

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Verification by matching the name on your Mobile Pay / Nagad account.
• Bank statement or utility bill (for address verification).
• Selfie or live photo verification (if required).

All submitted documents are stored with strict confidentiality and used solely for verification purposes. Submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification will result in permanent account closure.

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Processing typically takes 1–24 hours. Withdrawals from KYC-verified accounts are prioritised.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Onexbrt reserves the right to conduct additional verification for any unusual transactions.

Onexbrt offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• A specific wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x.
• There is a specific time limit to complete wagering requirements, which will be stated in the bonus details.
• The maximum bet from bonus balance is limited to 10% of the total bonus value or ৳500 BDT, whichever is lower.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless Onexbrt has explicitly permitted it.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Onexbrt — including Sports Betting, Casino, and live games.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless an in-play cash-out option is available.
• Onexbrt reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If any match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Any attempt to exploit clearly abnormal odds or system errors will result in the cancellation of the relevant bets.
• In live betting, if network delays cause a discrepancy in bet outcomes, Onexbrt's decision is final.

Maximum Payout Limit

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Onexbrt platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets.
• Using another member's account or sharing account access.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating Onexbrt staff or other members.
• Harassment, hate speech, or any inappropriate conduct through the platform.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to cyberattack or hack Onexbrt.

Onexbrt treats the privacy of members' personal information with the utmost importance. Any data collected during registration and platform use is solely used for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

To voluntarily close your account, email support@onexbrt.net. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure; however, any balance obtained through prohibited activity will be forfeited.

Onexbrt accepts no liability for the following:

• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or technical error.
• If unauthorized access to an account occurs due to the member's own negligence.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• In the event of service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

In all circumstances, Onexbrt's maximum liability is limited to the principal balance held in the member's account. Onexbrt is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses.
